Created by FTT Consulting Group (hereinafter referred to as “AGENT”) and CLIENT (the individual signing below).

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this agreement is for CLIENT to engage AGENT in the 90-Day Credit Reset Exit Offer Program — a limited-time service designed to help CLIENT improve their credit health and financial foundation prior to the official retirement of AGENT’s services.

This Exit Offer is available for a one-time fee of $597 (for payment plans, see below)

This includes:

An initial credit audit and analysis

Personalized strategy recommendations for credit improvement

Guidance on fund-ability and financial positioning

Progress updates every 45 days

Note: This Exit Offer does not include live coaching calls or ongoing one-on-one sessions.

2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

AGENT Responsibilities:

Conduct an initial credit analysis and audit.

Provide educational resources and credit optimization strategies.

Deliver written progress updates every 45 days during the 90-day program.

When appropriate, assist CLIENT with preparing and mailing credit dispute letters as a complimentary service component.

CLIENT Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely information and documentation when requested.

Review and implement recommendations shared by AGENT.

Maintain communication during the 90-day period and follow through on all assigned steps.

3. WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS

CLIENT understands and acknowledges:

AGENT makes no guarantees regarding specific credit score improvements, deletions, or funding approvals.

Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot legally be removed from a credit report.

All services are provided on a best-efforts basis and rely on CLIENT’s active participation and accuracy of information provided.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGENT’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by CLIENT under this agreement.

4. DISCLOSURES & CROA COMPLIANCE

This agreement is subject to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

Required Disclosures:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 3 business days after the date you sign it, without charge.

You may cancel by sending a signed written notice to:

No one can legally remove accurate, current, or verifiable information from your credit report.

Credit reporting agencies are not required to remove accurate information unless it is outdated or cannot be verified.

AGENT does not provide legal advice or act as a law firm.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & FEE SCHEDULE

Total Fee: $597.00 (Exit Offer)
Term: 90 Days

Full payment or payment plan is due in full within 24 hours of signing this agreement.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, Klarna, AfterPay, or another approved method.

This fee covers the initial credit audit and analysis, preparation and submission of any applicable disputes, educational resources, and written progress updates every 45 days throughout the 90-day program.

Services will automatically conclude at the end of the 90-day period, unless terminated earlier in writing by either party, as outlined below.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

CLIENT may cancel this agreement within 3 business days of signing and receive a full refund.
After 3 business days, all fees are non-refundable, due to the nature of the service, time commitment, and materials provided.

7. DELIVERY OF AGREEMENT

This agreement may be signed and delivered electronically, via email, or in physical form. A signed copy will be provided to CLIENT for their records.

8. JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New Jersey state courts.

9. SIGNATURES

By signing below, CLIENT acknowledges that they:

Have read and understood this agreement.

Have received all disclosures required under CROA.

Understand this is a limited-time Exit Offer with a 90-day term and no coaching calls.

Agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
