
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between FTT Consulting Group (“AGENT”) and the undersigned client (“CLIENT”).
By completing payment through the authorized Stripe checkout link, CLIENT agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. PURPOSE OF SERVICES
CLIENT is engaging AGENT to provide a 90-Day Credit Reset Service, designed to
support credit education, strategic review, and financial positioning guidance.
This program includes the following
Educational and consulting services only:
An initial credit report review and written credit analysis
A personalized credit improvement strategy and general recommendations
Educational guidance on credit utilization, account management, and
factors that may impact creditworthiness and fund-ability.
Written progress updates provided approximately every forty-five (45) days during the ninety (90) day service period
At the discretion of the AGENT, an optional Zoom consultation may be offered in connection with a progress update. Such consultations are not guaranteed and are not a required component of the Program.
Service Limitations
CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that:
This program does not include ongoing one-on-one coaching, live weekly calls, or unlimited consultations.
The Program does not include legal advice or legal representation
AGENT does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, credit score changes, approvals, or timelines.
2. AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES
AGENT agrees to:
Review CLIENT’s provided credit information and reports
Deliver written recommendations and strategy guidance based on best practices
Provide progress updates during the service term
Offer educational resources related to credit optimization
If applicable and at AGENT’s discretion, assistance with preparing credit dispute correspondence may be provided as a supporting service, not as a guaranteed outcome.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT agrees to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
Review all materials and recommendations provided
Take responsibility for implementing recommended actions
Maintain communication and responsiveness during the 90-day term
CLIENT understands that results depend on their participation, financial behavior, and the accuracy of reported information.
4. NO GUARANTEES & LIMITATIONS
CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that:
No specific credit score increase, deletion, approval, or funding outcome is guaranteed.
Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot legally be removed from a credit report.
AGENT does not control credit bureaus, lenders, or third-party institutions
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGENT’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by CLIENT for the services.
5. CREDIT REPAIR ORGANIZATIONS ACT (CROA) DISCLOSURES
This Agreement is subject to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679).
CLIENT is advised of the following rights:
You have the right to cancel this contract within three (3) business days of purchase, without penalty or obligation

No one can legally remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from a credit report.
AGENT does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Program Fee.
The total program fee is one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven dollars ($1,997.00 USD),
payable as a one-time payment.
Payment Method.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, which may offer multiple payment options at checkout,
including but not limited to credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved third-party payment providers
(e.g., Klarna, Afterpay, Google Pay), subject to Stripe’s terms and the Client’s eligibility.
Authorization & Acceptance.
Submission of payment through the authorized Stripe checkout link constitutes the Client’s authorization of payment and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
Commencement of Services.
Services will commence only after payment has been successfully processed and all required on-boarding information has been received by AGENT.
7. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
CLIENT may cancel within three (3) business days of purchase for a full refund.
After the cancellation window, all fees are non-refundable due to time, resources, and service allocation
8. TERM & CONTINUATION OF SERVICES
The standard service term is 90 days from the service start date.
If, at the conclusion of the 90-day term, CLIENT’s credit file still contains unresolved inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information that is actively being addressed, AGENT will continue providing services until the active review and dispute cycle for those items is completed, at no additional cost.
Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing at any time.
Termination does not obligate AGENT to issue refunds beyond the cancellation rights provided under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. ACCEPTANCE & ELECTRONIC CONSENT
By completing payment through Stripe, CLIENT acknowledges that they:
Have read and understood this Agreement
Have received all required disclosures
Agree to the terms and conditions outlined above
Electronic acceptance and payment constitute a legally binding agreement.
